Consider what matters for life.

Intelligence for people, organizations and places.

01

Lúcida is about clarity.

Cutting through the noise.

02

Consider is about orientation.

Aligning actions with systemic truths.

03

What matters is life.

Prioritizing vitality in every strategic move.

Consider

From the Latin considerare: to observe the stars before deciding.

Long before consider meant to think, it meant to seek orientation, to understand relationships before choosing a direction.

Today, considering what matters means recognising what allows life to thrive, in people, organizations and the places they shape. It means seeing more relationally, acting more intentionally and creating the conditions for lasting vitality.

For all life to thrive, for generations to come, we must [re]learn to live in reciprocity, regeneration and community with everything and everyone.

This belief remains at the heart of our practice.

Why we exist

Problem-solving fixes the past. Potential creates the future.

When you focus only on solving a problem, you are often treating a symptom, reacting to the past. We see a problem as a doorway: a signal that current conditions have reached their limits and something new is ready to emerge.

Place Intelligence

Being on the ground is geography. Being true to place is legacy.

Organizational Intelligence

Being efficient is performance. Being relevant is longevity.

Developmental Intelligence

Knowledge can be shared. Discernment must be cultivated.

What we do

We develop three forms of intelligence. Together, when they belong together.

Places cannot be separated from the organizations that shape them. Organizations cannot be separated from the people within them. Leadership, place and organizational capability are not separate challenges, but dynamic relationships, nurturing one strengthens the others.

For clarity, we describe our work through three complementary forms of intelligence: Developmental, Organizational and Place Intelligence. In practice, they are inseparable.

Our intelligences

How we work

We don't deliver solutions. We develop your capacity to find them. Again, and again.

No two engagements follow the same path. Rather than applying a predefined methodology, we follow a disciplined practice of seeing clearly, discerning what matters and intervening with intention.

Our cases

Where intelligence takes root. Reflections from practice.

Every engagement leaves something behind. Sometimes it changes the organization. Sometimes it changes us. What follows is a selection of reflections drawn from our work across different places, organizations and transitions.

Who we are

Different backgrounds united by disciplined curiosity.

What unites us is not a profession, but a shared way of approaching complexity: relationships before conclusions, context before certainty and better questions before better answers.
